I have a Quaker parrots and she is about 9 weeks old and I have done some intense reading on parrots and what they eat. Parrots love their fruit but be careful not to feed them any seeds of fruit or vegetables...they love green vegetables as well.
As for seeds I give my Quaker budgie seeds everyday and only feed her sunflower and pumpkin seeds as a treat once a week because it's high in fat so it shouldn't be given too much.
Strictly no CHOCOLATE OR AVO. This is highly toxic to all parrots
My Quaker doesn't like apple much but she loves seedless grapes but every parrot has their own likes so try out everything and they will choose

∙ 13y agoCarrots, Broccoli and Cabbage chopped up into a little salad like bowl then put it into their food bowl or container you might want to mix it with their seeds or a lone it does not really matter.
