The same oil as you put in the engine!
where do u put hydraulic fluid in a Massey Ferguson 275
To the left of the gear shift lever, large plug on top of transmission. Fill here,
Beside the gear shift levers
On the left side of the gear shifters
There is a cap right next to the gear shifters. It's about 1-3/4" dia or so with a hex head on top. The hydraulics share the same fluid as the transmission.
The same place as a massey165
thru the dipstick and vent hole by your bucket levers
Almost all power steering fluid is the same. You can even use trans fluid in power steering which is why I never buy it. I buy the one for both. You CANNOT however use power steering in an automatic transmission.
Originally MF recommended TYPE A oil MF issued a service bulletin in 1965~1966 In this bulletin MF recommended M-1129A, same as in the transmission.
There is a spout on the rear close to under the seat. See picture
