Usually the breeds that are used for meat because they are usually growing faster and bigger than a normal turkey.
Non-wild turkeys.
Turkeys cant fly because they have a plump, fat, body. They can't carry there own weight.
I don't think any turkey will fly that fast.

And chickens do to because my friend has a farm and I've seen them fly. They might not be able to fly for a long time but they certainly can fly!

It's a ground cuckoo. And not entirely "flightless." They prefer the ground, but they can and do fly.
No turkey can actually fly. Actually, wild turkeys CAN fly, just not gracefully or for long distances. But they can fly up into a tree or across a small parking lot. When they land, it is with rather a thud. Frequently, farm poultry have their wings clipped to prevent their flying away.
