Well in Ballroom dancing their are different styles. It depends what country you are from. The main styles are Ballroom, Latin American and Street Latin. Ballroom (Also called Modern or Standard) involves Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Tango, Vienesse Waltz. In Latin the dances are Samba, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive. The two above are competitve dances. The last one Street Latin is social dancing. This involves Mambo, Argentine Tango etc etc
