There is no specific breed of dog that likes cats.
Individual dogs of any breed can learn to like specific cats, particularly if the cats are introduced to them as kittens. The reason for the conflict between dogs and cats is because of crossed signals; the body language is, in some cases, diametrically opposite in the two species -- a dog lying on his back is saying "I surrender", a cat in the same position is saying "I'm ready, come near and I'll kill you." The young of any species are usually tolerated by their elders, and quite often a dog will care for a kitten, thinking it to be a juvenile dog, if a strange one. As the kitten grows into a cat, the dog will continue to accept its odd behaviour.
