(Any unit of length or distance) divided by (any unit of time)
is a unit of speed, that can be used to describe the motion of any moving object.
In the case of cars, the units used almost universally are [ kilometer per hour ] in most
of the world, and [ mile per hour ] in the USA and a few other backward regions.
Speed of light
The local currency unit.
Police use radar technology to measure the speed of a car by sending out a radio wave towards the vehicle. The radio wave bounces off the car and returns to the radar unit. The Doppler effect causes a shift in the frequency of the returning wave, allowing the radar unit to calculate the speed of the car based on this frequency shift.
A bel. Or a decibel which is an exponential measure such that 10 dB is one tenth as loud as 1 B.
(kilo)meters per second would be the SI standard. That said, in America people tend to use feet per second or miles per hour.
The centimetre.
the unit of acceleration is unit length per squared unit time, usually m/s2.
Cubic centimeters.
mass
You would use the unit of measurement called "kilograms" or "pounds" to measure the weight of a car.

You can use ANY unit of speed - but the logical unit of speed in this case would be the one you obtain by dividing the specific unit of length by the specific unit of time, so in this case, miles per hour.
