The role of government in preserving monuments is that they should help us reduce pollution so that like TAJ MAHAL the monuments stop loosing their beauty. The pollution is so harmfull that sometimes even the fountains near TAJ MAHAL are not able to work properly and that is because of water pollution. Government should make people aware they should not build factories,etc near monuments.
