Marijuana is not legal in any US state, because it's not up to the state whether it's legal or not; it's illegal at a federal level.

Some states have opted to pass legislation decriminalizing marijuana, and some of these have further instructed state and municipal police not to attempt to enforce federal marijuana laws, but it's still not "legal."
