Agents are used by no one, or used by the city or town the agent is in. But, Hot dogs often use agents secretly, but then spill and get eaten. The berson who now knows will have a test of willpower to see if they will spill. If they do, the agents turn them into a hot dog and eat them or the agents will turn them into a corndog a shove a stick in their butt.
