Low hemoglobin is cause from a slow bleed somewhere . Or it could even be a bleed that is heavier .Alot of blod disorders could cause it .I would say slow bleed .

I'd like to confirm that low hgb is caused by anemia or hemorrhage (bleeding).

You can get anemia if you lack iron or if you have one or more of the various diseases that cause your body to not make new red blood cells (e.g. aplastic anemia), destroy red blood cells (e.g. sickle cell anemia), or bleed a lot (e.g. hemophilia).

Hemorrhaging (bleeding) due to external or internal injury can cause you to become anemic from loss of red blood cells.

Hemoglobin is the main component of red blood cells. There are many reasons low levels of hemoglobin can be found in humans. Often it is anemia caused by blood loss, either acute loss or slow chronic bleeding (e.g., in young menstruating women, from surgical blood loss, traumatic blood loss, frequent nose bleeds, bleeding from cancer, etc.) but other causes are defects in blood forming organs (such as bone marrow), chronic kidney disease, cirrhosis of the liver, hypothyroidism, iron deficiency and vitamin deficiency, lead poisoning, cancer and lymphoma, etc. Other possible causes are disorders that lead your body to destroy the hemoglobin faster than it can produce it, such as in spenomegaly (enlarged spleen), sickle cell anemia, vasculitis (inflammation of blood vessels), etc. Pregnant women also often manifest low hemoglobin levels. It can also be normal for the individual to have lower levels than typical for others.

low F+ in the blood I think you meant low Fe or iron in the blood one cause is anemia another would be a disease or medical issue that causes bleeding a solution would be to boost iron intake either by diet like calves liver or idf sever by using Ethropoeitin or Darbopoeitin and then address the cause if a bleeding problem

A low hemoglobin, also known as anemia, can have many causes. The body has a system of creating new red blood cells, and also a system of getting rid of the old ones. Your doctor can order tests to find out where the breakdown is. A common cause is bleeding, as from an ulcer, however, it could be something serious. He may want to run tests, and he may want you to take an iron (Fe) supplement. If you take the supplement, read the dosing and side effects carefully.
