The same kind of food that other rabbits eat (fruits, veggies, hay). Some dwarf can have problems with their teeth, so if you notice you rabbit isn't eating as much as normal, take it to the vet to get it checked out.

Rabbits should eat mostly hay, with some pellets and fresh greens daily; and water, of course. Aside from leafy greens, any vegetables (or fruits) they eat should be treats: a healthy rabbit should be fine with a small bite or two every couple of days, but no more. (Overeating on treats can lead to all kinds of health problems!)
One person wrote: they love to eat Carrots and Lettuce they will eat anything that is a veggie also they have diet food at Petsmart. They eat Nuts and Fruit too...
Another wrote in response: Carrot and fruit are very sugary, they should be strictly limited in a rabbit's diet. Lettuces are good but only dark-coloured lettuces; light-coloured lettuce (like Iceberg) have few nutrients and can lead to diarrhea. Nuts are not good for rabbits at all.
Mini Rex rabbits eat the same foods as all pet rabbits. Mini Rex rabbits do not have a special diet. See the related questions below for more information and helpful links -- they all pet rabbits, including Mini Rexs.
All bunnies should eat a variety of fresh veggies every day to maintain their health. Along with hay, which should always be available, and a limited amount of pellets, your bunny should be given a variety of leafy greens. Romain lettuce is a good staple, but other greens such as cilantro, parsley, broccoli, brussel sprouts, and carrot tops are great too. Watch out for too much spinach or kale as they contain minerals that will build up within your rabbit to unhealty levels. Also, stay away from cabbage as it can cause gas in your bun which can cause bloat and lead to his demise. Here's a good list of ok veggies: http://www.rabbit.org/care/veggies.html
There are many plants to beware. read the entire list here: http://www.adoptarabbit.com/articles/toxic.html
