Heart Muscle Veins
The veins that return blood from the heart muscle include the small cardiac vein (where present), the great cardiac vein (mostly from the left marginal vein), the middle cardiac vein, and the anterior cardiac veins. Most of these join to form the coronary sinus.
Veins returning blood to the heart (right atrium - 7 )
Inferior vena cava
Superior vena cava
Anterior cardiac veins
Smallest cardiac veins
Coronary sinus
Veins returning blood to the heart (left atrium - 4 )
Left pulmonary veins (inferior and superior)
Right pulmonary veins (inferior and superior)
veins return blood to the heart
The superior and inferior vena cava are the largest veins in the body.
The arterial supply of the coronary circulation is provided by the right and left coronary arteries, both arising from the base of the aorta and encircling the heart in the coronary sulcus.
Like a human, heart pumps blood through the veins to their destination ( i.e organs, brain... anything really ), arteries bring the bad blood back and swap the Co2 for oxygen in the lungs.
Yes they do have veins because when i eat them have black veins :/
The tubes connected to the heart are the arteries and veins. Veins carry blood to the heart, and arteries carry blood away from the heart.
Tubes connected to the heart are called arteries and veins.
Arteries and veins are connected to your heart. The former carry blood from the heart, and the latter to the heart.
Of course Dummies, How can you breathe if they weren't connected?
The arteries carry blood away from the heart, and the veins to the heart. The main veins connected to the heart are the pulmonary vein and the vena cava, and the main arteries are the aorta and the pulmonary artery.
technically yes they are, but some are joined onto other veins
The arteries and veins are the tubes that are connected to the heart. Arteries carry blood away from the heart, and veins carry blood to the heart.
Blood vessels that bring blood towards the heart are called veins. The veins that are directly connected to the heart are the superior and inferior vena cavae and the pulmonary veins.
Your veins are running all throughout your body with blood running through them. And all the veins are connected the the heart.
Organs in the body are not directly connected to the heart. The heart pumps the blood through the circulatory system. The blood goes from the heart, to the arteries, to the capillaries, to the veins and back to the heart. These arteries, capillaries and veins run all through out the body to every organ to supply the body with blood. Even thought the heart is not directly connected to the organs its connected to every organ via arteries and veins.
veins are connected to the heart and the heart carries blood that helps u live
Usually four, though rarely, it can vary.
