1.The monocot leaves are identical on both sides (isobilateral) where as dicot leaves are dorsiventral (i. e. having palisade cells on the upper side and spongy parenchyma on the lower side). 2. Monocot leaves generally have parallel venation and dicot leaves have reticulate venation.
They are dicots for sure, no doubt about it. They have vascular bundles that are arranged in a circle within the stem and have leaves with veins that are arranged in a netlike pattern. These are characteristics of dicots and thus Dwarf pea plants fit this classification.

I am pretty positive that they are dicots because their leaf veins are reticulated, not parallel.
Bitter Gourd Seeds are dicot.
Venation is how a the leaf veins are organized. Netted venation is when there are larger veins with many smaller veins branches making a type of web pattern.
A grapevine has netted veins.
All oaks are dicots.
