M357 is the engraving on a 5/500 Vicodin pill. It is the same type as the others, but the dosage is 5mg hydrocodone, 500mg acetaminophen (tylenol). Another example is Watson 540, which is 10/500. The code is just part of an ID system.

There is a website, drugs.com, and it has a pill search area where you can type in the imprint on the pill and it will tell you what it is (or just Google it).

Different companies often make their own (generic) variations for the same drug.

M357 pills are made by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Pills of the same strength (5/500) are available from Watson Pharmaceuticals, they are Watson 349 pills.

M366 is probably a reference to the NDC number of the medication rather than a type or generic name for vicodin. If you can't find it online you should call your pharmacist and ask them because they'll have an online list of pictures of each manufacturers pills and the printing on the tablet.

So, to be quite right, when speaking of Vicodin, we should say that it has 5mg of hydrocodone and 500mg of acetaminophen (not Tylenol).
