mpg4
No. The only video format that iPods will be able to recognize and play are mp4 files
Yes, iPods play .mp3 files.
Really.. Can you play an mp3 on your computer..?
I'm using Cisdem video player for Mac to play rmvb files. It's also able to play many other formats.
A .torrent file is not an audio file. iPods cannot play .torrent files.
It is possible for a 80486 based computer to access and manage audio and video files, playback of those files is a different matter. Audio files like mp3's and .wav files will play without problems, but there are very few (if any) video codecs which will play reliably on hardware that slow.Anything 66 mhz or faster should be able to play most mp3's.Video playback generally requires at least 300 mhz.
iPods use H.264 variants inside .mp4 or .m4v wrappers. The underlying codecs are usually h.264BP-LC with AAC audio.
Yes there is FLV Player that allows you to play any flash video file
1. all ipods play mp4 files 2. mp4 has virtually nothing to do with apps 3. the answer would be no
Converting files from one type to another is important so that the file can be used by different types of programs. For example you could pull video off off a DVD but iTunes wouldn't be able to play that video unless it was encoded in the correct file type.
You might not be able to play because of the lack of video or audio driver. The file extension could also be not supported by media player.
Vlc player will play all formats of video.much better than windows media player.
