Gears of war 3: Amazing story very long as well fun multiplayer.
AC Revelations: i love the story it has a great story its free roam u can do whatever you want a lot of people will agree with me it is a fun game also has multiplayer.
Modern Warfare 3: the story is boring to me but the multiplayer is well worth the 60 bucks.

first of all if you mean that AC revelations is asssassins creed 4 then that wrong because there it is a segment of assassins creed 2 and not a stand alone game. so if u consider revelations to be AC 4 (when u should call it AC 2--2 for example) then AC 5 should be AC 3 in your opinion then yes there is gonna be one in 2012 and if you consider revelations to be AC 2--2 then yes there will be an Assassins creed 5 since one of ubisofts developers said that they can make 35 assassins creed games sorry for the many details
