Answer by Kayors Firstly, there are varied approaches in sales. They are often known as 'hard' and 'soft' by their nature of approach. Different personality types tend to excel in each approach but there is "no one size fits all" personality in my view.
The importance is that we are all unique and have many different points of cultural view. It also is important because despite being from different backgrounds, we all belong to the same culture: the human culture.

Culture affects literature because all writers, some more intentionally than others, write from the perspective of their culture. When people read literature they read it from the point of view of their culture as well, so there can be multiple cultural points of view in a single work of literature.
