The Vitamin C will probably get decreased due to the food it is processed by. An example of that is if you buy a serving of Large Fries from McDonalds and the Vitamin C is processed to a Small serving of Fries then the Vitamin C will decrease because the Vitamin C in the Large Fries were larger and when it processed into the Small Fries then it got decreased because the Small Fries had a lower percent of Vitamin C than the Large Fries did.

Vitamin C means ascorbic acid is a water soluble vitamin. It helps in collagen formation, it is an antioxidant hence reduces free radical which causes damage to cells, colaagen is basically protien which helps to bind the cells with eachother. It stimulate formation of collagen and reduces collagenes destroyer of colalgen.
