The line-to-line voltage (line voltage) is the square-root of 3 higher than the line-to-neutral (phase voltage) voltage. So, if the phase voltage is 220 V, then the line voltage must be 381 V.

Most buildings with a 3 phase service feed are 277/480v. That's 277 phase to ground and 480 phase to phase. This is then transformed to 120/208v.

US: 208 v, 480 v; UK: 415 v. The voltage quoted is between any two live wires. HIgher voltages are used for power transmission.
