The longest war that occured in Egypt was the war between the Egyptians and Hyksos that lasted 108 years including the occupation of the country by their enemies.
As a counter-attack against the pharoe's repeated attack to the Levant.
They were foreign princes who came to Egypt in an unknown time and stayed for an unknown duration. Whether the original land of the Hyksos has been discovered, I do not know. However, the Hyksos commanded power in Egypt for over a hundred, in fact, probably hundreds of, year(s).

Ahmose, or 'Amosis' I, was a Pharao from Egypt, he was the founder of the XVIII Dynasty. A descendant of the Theban royal house, he is recalled as one of the reorganizers of the administration of his country, and he also had to lead several war conflicts in his territory, such as the conflict with the Hyksos and his Campaigns in Syria and Nubia.
There were no slavery in Egypt. All Egyptians were devoting to the rulers and the religious leaders but not out of slavery. Even in building the pyramids, they were working on it only during the flooding periods where they were not working in cultivating their lands. After the flooding periods they go back to their own agriculture activities. Only during the Hyksos (الهكسوس) occupation, the kings at that time were afraid of Jews (as a race and not religion) in Egypt that they will have a prophet who will bring power to them. Accordingly, they started enmity to the Jews.most came from Nubia...
