Vertical Envelopment, or the use of helicopters in combat, was first introduced in the Korean war.
The Korean war was the first time Vertical Envelopment was used, or the use of helicopters to assist troops in battle.
Before the Gatling Gun was invented, infantry stood in rank and file as they had been doing for centuries, and they tried to break the enemy line with volley fire (four shots a minute ideally) from muskets with a maximum range of 200 yards, and then they followed with a bayonet charge. The rifle should have changed all that, but generals were slow to invent new tactics for the new weapons. [The rifle only fired three shots a minute, but its range was about 600 yards.] Likewise, the impact of the Gatling Gun was less than it might have been. Custer was offered a battery of Gatling Guns before Little Big Horn, and he turned them down because they were too slow to keep up with his mounted troops. Also, the Gatling Gun required an enemy to march bravely in front of it, as the Zulu did in South Africa. Against a mounted enemy like the Boer or the Apache, the Gatling Gun had no use except as a weapon of deterrence.
Jets were introduced by the Nazi's towards the end of WWII. Helicopters debuted for the Americans in Korea. Admitting that the question itself is requesting a subjective answer, I'm tempted to say the first war to see extensive use of both jets and helicopters was Viet Nam, but that was only a conflict, so I guess the first American war to see extensive use of both jets and helicopters was Gulf War I, and the first war in the world to see extensive use of both jets and helicopters was probably the Falklands War.
No one knows exactly but, it is believed that 11th century Chinese first used a gun.
No two players cant both use the gatling gun only Chris Redfield can.
The stick magazine fed hand cranked gatling gun was probably the first machine gun produced. These were in use around 1875-1880.
Dr. Richard Jordan Gatling also invented a screw propeller, a cotton planter and a steam plow in addition to his famous Gatling gun which the US Patent office termed a machine gun. It was not a machine gun in the modern use of terms, however.

The Gatling Gun was invented before the American Civil War. It saw only limited use in that war, but it was used in following wars around the world by the US and other countries.

In order to get the Gatling gun, you must have already unlocked the Rocket Launcher and Sub-machine gun. Just for a recap, in order to get these weapons, you must beat Scenario B with both characters. To do this, you need at least an A or B rank. This means that you need to beat the game in at least 2 hours. Leon's Scenario B is going to be a bit easier than Claire's. Nevertheless, just deal with the circumstances. Now, the way I got the Gatling gun was beating Leon's Scenario B within 2 hours. After that, I received the Gatling gun. It is infinite just like the Rocket Launcher and Sub-machine gun. Although my suggestion is that you don't use it. The Gatling gun isn't very helpful plus it's a bit noisy.
