Well...for one thing, normal warrior cats can have mates. Medicine cats cannot, but some of them have a mate anyway, but not purposely. (Example: Leafpool, Yellowfang...) Warrior cats are pretty much what keeps the clan on its feet though. I mean, you can't have a leader and a medicine cat and make the best out of it. Anyhow, warrior cats do have unfortunate cases. Unlike medicine cats, if they're found on another clan's territory, they're most likely going to be driven back, sometimes after a fight. They hold loads of responsibility, but none like the responsibility of a medicine cat's.

The official Warrior Cats website has a Warriors adventure game; this is less of an RPG and more like a video game, but it is one form of roleplay. They are also planning an MMORPG for Warriors due out this winter. Most Warriors roleplays online are text-based. Some are large, but most are quite small, which you prefer depends on personal taste. Many people prefer the high activity and variety of larger and busier forums, but some of them can feel impersonal due to size. Smaller RPGs tend to have a cozier feel to them, and they are definitely less intimidating to beginners; but these tend to be lower in activity and if you want to roleplay intensively most or every day, they may not fill your activity needs. In that case, some people join several small ones. The smaller roleplays also {but not always} tend to be more "advanced" and demand higher writing skill.
