Fireheart could not trust Tigerstar in the Warriors series. Tigerstar was ambitious and power-hungry, ultimately leading to betrayal and deceit. Fireheart had to be cautious around Tigerstar due to his deceitful nature and willingness to do whatever it took to achieve his goals.
