Egyptian rulers did not use last names. However they did have "throne names" which could loosely be considered a last name, or at least something to distinguished one from another, especially the fifteen Ptolemies. Cleopatra's name including her throne name was Cleopatra Thea Philopater. It means Cleopatra the Father Loving Goddess.

She didn't have one. The ancient Egyptian rulers did not use last names, just titles after their given names to distinguish one from another. Cleopatra had the title "Thea Philopater" after her first name, which meant father loving goddess.
