What was Julius Caesar's mum like?

I imagine she was like your mum. It is said that Aurilia, Julius Caesar's mum, was the driving force in his life. She was supposed to be the one who started him on his political career. Whether this is true or not, she seemed to have been a very self-sufficient woman as she never remarried (as far as is known) after Caesar's father died and she managed the family properties on her own.
