The China Incident was basically the beginning of the second war between China and Japan in 1937. This incident was the bombing of a major bridge in China.
The leaders of the countries learned a lot of the atomic bombs. Notice that they are not being used that incident.

no they did not plan another bomb on japan because they already completed their goal which was to test the bombs and destroy Hiroshima and Nagasaki so they had no intention of a third bombing
