Each part of early guns was hand made, and parts could not be swapped between guns. A replacement part would have to be made and fitted by a skilled smith. Later, parts were standardized, and replacement parts would fit. Check the name Eli Whitney. He not only created the cotton gin, but standarized parts for muskets.
You have do be more specific about the problem. The battery power might not be reaching the gearbox, the hop-up might not be aligned properly, or the spring in the mag could have broke and no BBs would reach the gun altogether.
Take it to a gunsmith to be repaired.

I'd say it's probably broke. No your problem is probably where the pistol grip is, it is at the bottom of the pistol grip. if it is loose, then that is your problem, it NEEDS to be tight on the pistol grip in order for the gun to work
