Her name was Qutayla bint Qays, although she is sometimes called Habla. She was a princess from Yemen.

We know she was the very last woman Mohammed married because he died while she was still on her way to the wedding! He never actually met her in person.

Tabari does not count Qutayla as a full wife of Mohammed, so perhaps there was some legal detail missing from their marriage certificate that could only have been completed once Qutayla arrived in Medina.

According to Tabari, the last wife of Mohammed who had a fully legal marriage certificate was Amra bint Yazid. This was between late 630 and early 632: the exact date is unknown.

However, although Mohammed and Amra met and completed the legal formalities, the marriage was never consummated. Mohammed divorced Amra on the first day.

The final marriage of Mohammed that was both fully legal and consummated was probably the one to Fatima bint Al-Dahhak. He married her in February or March 630, and they lived together for several weeks before he divorced her.

Some people do not count Fatima because, due to this divorce, she was never known as "Mother of the Faithful".

The last woman who was legally married to Mohammed, never divorced and known as "Mother of the Faithful" was Maymuna bint Al-Harith. Mohammed married her in March 629, and they remained together until his death in June 632.
