Cold, damp, and muddy. Lound with the constant barrage of gunfire, Soldiers suffered fromTrench Foot, where there skin effectively rotted off. There was disease, famine (lack of supplies) and death all around. Always threat of a gas attack. Constant sound of gunfire and smell of rotting bodies irretrievable as the lie in no man's land. Pretty much it sucked, The Weapons were more advanced then techniques to stalemates and trench war fare were the result
wet
fighting in trenches

a trench
They had to duck in a trench or else...
by not getting it
Trench as in the ones from WW1? If so... Yes, you don't want the trench to break down now do we? This requires geometry, trig, a little of algebra and some topics in science like Physics. Correct me if I am wrong.
Well this one seems kind of obvious, but Trench Warfare is called Trench Warfare because the men fought in Trenches during WW1 in which trench warfare was utilized.
They were used for blasting people out of trenches.
Trench foot is a disease caused by the cold and wet. It was a huge problem in ww1, many soldiers would only be treated in the late stages meaning they have to have an amputation, some didn't survive.
