Of course not. Air China and China Air, which is also called China Airlines are one company before 1949. After The People's Republic of China had been built, part of the company chose to leave in the mainland, which is called Air China nowadays. The other part, which chose to go to Taiwan Island, is called China Airlines.
One china is made out of the mainland China, with Beiging as its capital, while the other is of Taiwan, an Island, that does not follow mainland Chinas view or rule.
