spontaneous generation
He designed a flask that had a long curved neck. He boiled it for an entire second. No microorganisms could be found.
Pasteur disproved Theory of spontaneous generation. (Cells came from non-living things)
Quite. By sealing meat away from atmosphere he showed that maggots do not spontaneously generate out of meat not landed on by egg laying flies.PS: Abiogenesis is not spontaneous generation!
He had two bulbs of broth, one boiled and the other plain. After his expiriment, the unboiled bulb had bacteria in it. Louis Pasteur Proved that bacteria can only be produced by existing bacteria.

He put gravy in a flask and boiled it and let it sit for a couple days to see if anything was living in it and there was small micro organisms inside. He said this proved his theory of spontaneous living.
That would be Louis Pasteur's demonstration showing that boiled broth that is not exposed to micro-organisms from the air does not spoil. If you would like more detail you might consider looking at Pasteur's wikipedia article.
Louis Pasteur is credited with discovering the falsity of spontaneous generation through his experiments with sterilized broth in swan-necked flasks. His results showed that microbial growth only occurred when the flask was exposed to air, debunking the idea that life could spontaneously arise from non-living matter.
The grammer is wrong here...should be "what change is observed when a leaf was boiled in warm water in an experiment".
