The Druids didn't build Stonehenge, however they did practice their religion there. When people talk about the Druids and their strange beliefs and practices, Stonehenge always comes into the picture. Stonehenge has been acknowledged to have been built and completed 1600yrs BCE. The Stonehenge complex was built in several several construction phases spanning at least 3000 years, although there is evidence for activity both before and afterwards on the site, perhaps extending its time frame to 6500 years. StoneHenge has a series of three stone pillars. Each set of three is commonly called as a dolmen. They are also called Trilithons. A Trilithon represents three aspects of God. The Left stone is for the God; Masculine forces of nature. The Right stone is for the Goddess; Feminine forces of nature. The top stone is "The One"; the whole universe and the cosmos, which stands above and supported by the God and Goddess. There has to be Four great Trilithons around the alter in the center. The Four Trilithons represent each corner, orthe Watchtowers of cardianl quarters. The four quarters further represents the Four basic elements. North-Earth, East-Air, South-Fire, West-Water. The forces of Four elements are invoked through the gateways of Trilithons. Using the StoneHenge: You have to light a fire middle and in front of each Trilithon, and invoke the element of that direction, feeling and thinking of that element inside the body and in the nature.

Yes
No, This seems to be a popular belief but completely incorrect. First of all Stonehenge is much, much older than the Druid order. The word Druid literally means "Knowing the oak tree" and they use to worship in the forest / woods and did not use buildings when they performed their rituals.
That is still a mystery, but there are some theories. Some people think that it was used as a graveyard or as a temple to the gods. But what gods? And who could be buried there? No one is sure about that.
It was not used as a barometer.
used for a clock
Pagans.
There are probably hundreds of myths and legends about Stonehenge. Various people have attributed the building of this great megalith to the Danes, Romans, Saxons, Greeks, Atlantes, Egyptians, Phoenicians Celts, King Aurelius Ambrosius's, Merlin, and even Aliens. One of the most popular beliefs was that Stonehenge was built by the Druids. These high priests of the Celts, constructed it for sacrificial ceremonies. It was John Aubrey, who first linked Stonehenge to the Druids. Additionally, Dr. William Stukeley, another Stonehenge antiquary, also claimed the Druids were Stonehenge's builders. Stukeley studied Stonehenge a century later than Aubrey and became so involved in the study of the Druid religion that he himself became one. Through his work he was very instrumental in popularizing the theory that Stonehenge was built by Druids.
