The 215 metre Oceanic was launched in 1899 at the same Belfast shipyards that went on to build the Titanic. Both ships were operated by White Star Line and the Oceanic in fact helped to return survivors from the April 1912 sinking of the Titanic
The Titanic actually had 2 sister ships. The Olympic was the first to be launched and then the Titanic followed by the Britannic. It was used by the British as a hospital ship during the First World War and was involved in an accident involving the 103 sub. Further research has proved this. The Britannic was known as "The Unsinkable Ship" and after a few years it was pulled out of the ocean to have all the parts sold. You can find the parts at a hotel in Europe, it is layed out exactly like the ship.

Britannic was sunk by enemy action in WW1. Olympic had a successful, uneventful life as intended, as a trans-oceanic ferry (these ships were not built as cruise-liners, as that concept did not exist then), and was scrapped in the 1930s.
