The reason is because she met edward first and edward has saved her life...ano ano Jacob did aswell but if edward hadnt....Jacob would have never been able to...also edward has Bella's best intrest at heart Jacob doesnt because he makes Bella choose betwen the two.

∙ 14y agoBella has a deep connection with Edward. Edward who is vampire who can read minds has always been bored with life because he always knows whats gonna happen by reading peoples thoughts. But one day he finds Bella he finds he cannot read her mind he is quite confused why this is happening, then she becomes his science partner and while siting next to her, her sent overpowers him and makes him want too kill her. He does not know why he wants too and is confused by his actions, he does not however kill her for the sake of how angry his father Carlise would be. He avoids being near her and leaves for a few weeks.
He comes back and finds her to be this fascinating person. She is smart, funny, and everything he has been waiting for hundreds of years. He is mostly attracted to her because of her wonderful smell and because he cant read her mind he finds her actions always surprising and he enjoys being with her.
Through the books Edward and Bella become more and love with each other and find their love inseparable and in Breaking Dawn Bella and Edward marry and have their first child Renesme's name derives from an amalgamation of the names of Bella's mother, Renée, and her mother-in-law, Esme. Her middle name, Carlie, is a portmanteau of Bella's father-in-law, Carlisle, and Charlie, Bella's biological father. Her full name is Renesmee Carlie Cullen, and later nicknamed "Nessie".

∙ 12y agoI think because Edward is much more in control of himself and the way he handles himself,he looks very manly and not to mention that he is so strikingly attractive. you know.Bella loves that he mysterious and extremely interesting to her because he is distant and different from other people she has ever seen.
He is just simply attractive to her in ways no one has ever been attractive to her.She grows to love him because of his mannerisms and his angelic features but mostly because he is a vampire and he could potentially be a monstrous beast that kills people and he chooses to be a good vegetarian also that Bela's blood is the one thing that he couldn't resist and yet he stays with her and suffer the aching pain ,he is willing to sacrifice himself for Bella.
