A concequence is a punishment for doing something bad.
Be setting achieveable goals the main and acceptable concequence should be achievement. However, when business goals are set it requires all parties involved to "buy in", to want to reach the aim. The concequence of not being on board is that people tend not to met their responsibilites. This impacts on the achieveable steps and their succession. Those not "buying in" will need to be replaced or teh concequence is the who term and the goal fail. Further concequence is that people have to be prepared to be committed, focused and responsible for their own actions.
