Kerry Drake, a middle-aged man in his fifties or more- was a detective. He was also (enlisted) by the postal service to help popularize the then novel Zone Improvement Plan or Zip-codes- now standard. There were cartoon panels on some mail trucks- with Kerry Drake advising the public to use the Zip Codes! now that is (postal)service with a smile- not like aggresive ad council matter.
Kerry Drake was a detective comic strip that ran from 1943 to 1983. It followed the adventures of the title character, a private investigator known for his intelligence and combat skills as he solved crimes and brought criminals to justice. The strip often incorporated social issues and political themes in its storylines.
Mr. Drake was a middle-aged detective. He had grey hair, somewhat odd in comic strip crime-fighterdom. The strip ran up until about l983. Do not confuse with Rex Morgan, also known as Rex Morgan, M.D. as the title indicates he was a doctor. It is not known if he was a crime-solving doctor akin to Quincy or the Forensic psychiatrists who are called in by the FBI (and the KGB!)
Scrooge McDuck from the comic strip "DuckTales" is a multi-billionaire known for his wealth, frugality, and love for swimming in his money vault.
Yes, she was -- Moon Maid appeared in the Dick Tracy shorts that was part of "Archie's TV Funnies" (it aired on CBS from 1971-1973). Unlike the UPA Dick Tracy shorts from the early 60's, this series stayed pretty true to what was running in the comic strip at the time. As for who provided the voice, I am not certain, but it's safe to say whoever it was obviously came from Filmation's stable of voice talent.
