Schedule
1. Wake up at around 6:00 am when bell rings
2. Start prayers and Mass for about an hour
3. Breakfast of atole (type of soup made of barley) for 45 minutes
4. Everyone goes to work
5. Bells ring at noon for dinner ( what we call lunch) of pozole
6. Siesta, or afternoon break where everyone rests
7. Return to work for 2-4 hours
8. Bell rung to end work day
9. Supper of atole served
10. Everyone rests until bed ( women at 8:00 pm , men at 9:00 pm )
