Love, death, and resurrection.
No, Isis is not often depicted with such a symbolism; most likely that is Hathor or Bat or Mehet-Weret. A cow was a symbolism of the royal wife. Isis after the death of Osiris was not a royal wife but a royal mother.

People who worship the goddess Isis, an ancient Egyptian deity associated with motherhood, magic, and healing, may pray to her. These individuals could include modern-day pagans, practitioners of Egyptian Neopaganism, or those interested in connecting with the symbolism and energy of Isis. It is important to note that this should not be confused with the terrorist organization ISIS, which has no ties to the worship of the goddess Isis.
In Egyptian mythology, Nut, the mother of Isis, was forbidden by Ra from giving birth on any day of any year, as these children were conceived by the earth god, Geb (keep in mind the year at the beginning of the story was composed of 360 days). So Thoth, the Divine Arbiter, went to Khonsu, the moon god and compulsive gambler, and played a game of senet with him. For every round Thoth won, Khonsu gave him a sliver of light. In the end Thoth had enough light to make five extra days, which the Egyptians dubbed the "Demon Days." As these were not "any day" of the original 360 day year, Nut was free to give birth. First to Osiris, then to Horus the Elder, then Set, followed by Isis and Nephthys. Isis was born December 30th.
Isis was worshipped very early in Egpytian history and continued to be widely worshiped not only throughout Egypt but also much of the known world. There are those who worship Isis in the modern day, by pagans and Kemetism.
In the typical form of her myth, Isis was the first daughter of Geb, god of the Earth, and Nut, goddess of the Sky, and she was born on the fourth intercalary day. She married her brother, Osiris, and she conceived Horus with him. Isis was instrumental in the resurrection of Osiris when he was murdered by Seth.
Isis is an Egyptian myth. It is about Isis and Osiris. Isis means fertility. Osiris and Isis were husband and wife. They had a child named Horus.
In modern day, Kemetism is the revival of the religious structure of Ancient Egypt.
