We have sent probes that have flown past Saturn. The Cassini space probe is currently in orbit around the planet. It is impossible to land anything on Saturn because it does not have a surface. We have, however, landed a probe on Titan, Saturn's largest moon.
You couldn't survive on Mercury. It's too close to the sun and you would die. i think if you take good equipment you can survie but its impossible.

The project's name had nothing to do with the planet Mercury. At the time, the United States was in a race with the Soviet Union to put a man into space orbit first; Mercury is the Roman God most often associated with speed, and speed was the impetus for the competition.
