The first Yankee yearbook came out in 1950, and until 1955 was published by Jay Publishing with permission by Major League Baseball. From the 56 years span between 1950-2006 there are 119 different New York Yankees yearbooks. There are 85 different just in the 27 year period from 1956-1982, and there are three or more different for virtually every year in that 27 year stretch including five different from one year.
