it was kind of like a soup, they called it tea. Basically it was hot water sometimes they would get bread.
obviously it differed between different concentration camps, but the general rule was that the daily allowance ranged from about 1400 calories per day for the most privileged to about 100 calories for Jews. The inmates though never received their full allowance.
