It's just the Family Guy Theme in a 'jungle' inspired beat. The same way they did the ending theme in a rap version in one episode and a swing version sung by Frank Sinatra Jr in another, a medieval theme in another and if memory serves me correctly there was Japanese inspired end music in another.
