The question of who was the manager after Brian Epstein died is an interesting one as in so me ways it is the crux of why the whole enterprise eventually came to such an acrimonious end.

When Brian died I don't believe anyone was actually appointed as their personal manager and The Beatles decided to try and look after their own affairs. They started their own record label (Apple) and their other business ventures initiated (including a shop called Apple Boutique and a recording studio) but they where not clearly focused or astute enough in business matters and these ventures failed with significant losses. The financial situation created pressures that resulted in a split of opinion on how best they should be treated - Lennon, Harrison & Starr appointed Allen Klein as their manager in 1969 in an attempt to rescue their chaotic financial position but McCartney was unhappy with this choice and choose instead his father-in-law John Eastman. This difference of opinion was never fully resolved and resulted in distrust and much bitterness between the two parties. The Beatles officially broke up in 1970, and the legal and formal dissolution of the group occurred in 1974, so between 1970-1989, it would be silly to say that there was a manager for a band who didn't currently exist.

Brian Epstein was their manager until his death in 1967. He also managed other groups. After his death, and The Beatles became managerless (not a word), Paul stepped up to the role of manager (starting with making Magical Mystery Tour) which somewhat led to the ultimate dissolution of the band.
