Sometimes a book is reprinted with a different title. Three books in my personal library that come to mind are; "Baked Beans for Breakfast" by Ruth Chew (original title: The Secret Summer), "Susan and Sereena and the Cat's Place" by Nan Hayden Agle (original title: Susan's Magic) and "King of the Dollhouse" by Patricia Clapp (original title: The Peanut Butter Babies). I'm not sure why the title was changed--maybe the publishers thought the book would sell more copies under a different title. I do know it makes it harder to find the book if you only knew the original title.
