In his second dream, Pharaoh saw a stalk of grain with seven ears of grain on it. The stalk was then swallowed by seven withered, thin ears of grain. Genesis ch.41.

Joseph impressed the Pharaoh by interpreting what his dreams meant. The first dream meant 7 years of flourishing and then the second dream meant 7 years of starvation and famine. By telling the Pharaoh these dreams he saved Egypt and was looked upon with respect.
There is no dream and no Pharaoh in parashat Vayikra. Pharaoh's dreams, and Joseph's interpretations of them, are related at the beginning of parashat Miketz.
