The music magazine Smash Hits was aimed at a young teenage audience. However the magazine didn't do all too well, and there are no longer copies being printed.
Same as the target of hip hop: Even white people; no offense.
Oftentimes there is a target audience with pop songs (teens and young adults) but other than that I don't think so.

that's a good question! Dizzee is aiming for a more commercial audience these days, but he usedo make grime music for the underground music scene. some fans feel he sold out his original fans by becoming more commercial sounding, but its where the money is
