The main impact was the turning point of the Naval war in the Pacific. Prior to Midway, the Allies were fighting an uphill battle against the Japanese Navy. After Midway, the Japanese Navy was fighting an uphill battle with the Allies.
Because everybody else had been fighting in the war for about 3 years, and they were all tire so when US came in we were fresh and new and all the other countries like the people we were fighting against were really tired and we were not tired.

There was no turning point because the Germans inflicted high casualties on the Russians who most of the time had 1 rifle between 4 people so then they ran into machine fire. They did this until they pulled out of the war in 1917
