sound is form of energy and sound reflects a hard surface just like light
reflects, refracts and reflects
Light behaves in TWO ways. It has the properties of BOTH Waves and Particles in its motion and transmission.
Any particle, such as an electron, also behaves as a wave (as well as behaving like a particle).
They are both energy and they are both waveforms.
Light isanalogous in many ways to sound and many of the equations used to describe sound also apply to light, but there are limitations. Sound waves don't really polarize the way light waves do for example. Light also displays some characteristics of particle behavior that contradict its wave behavior - again making it different from sound.

sound waves are faster in water than in land, light waves are faster in land

At least 2 ways, Sound (kinetic), heat and sometimes light.

The word "was" has a short-a sound, like "ahhh". If you wanted a long-a sound, the word "ways" has a long-a sound, where the letter "a" sounds like "aie"
When an electron behaves in ways that are at least partially indeterminate, it means that under identical conditions, the electron does not have the same trajectory and does not "land" in the same spot each time.
they travel in waves, they are discernable to a wide range of species and ....
The ending '-ough' can sound two different ways. It can sound like an 'o' ending, such as in:doughthoughthrough (u sound)Or it can have an 'f' sound, like in:coughroughtough
In some ways light act like waves, in others like particles.
