The Turks and Germans had standard-issue K98 Mauser rifles. I don't know whether they had the "potato-masher" grenades or not though. They definitely had grenades. They also had powerful guns located on the other side of the Dardanelles which would shoot over the hills.

The Allies had .303 Lee Enfield rifles, naval guns, howitzers and "home-made" grenades they created by putting nails and shrapnel fragments in jam jars and adding cordite.

Assuming you mean infantry weapons, and not artillery, the standard rifle of the British army during WWI was the .303 Lee Enfield rifle, Webley revolvers, and either the Lewis or Vickers machine gun. The same applies to Australian & New Zealander forces. French infantry rifles were the Lebel Model 1886 rifle and M1914 Hotchkiss machine guns Ottoman weaponry included Mauser '88, Mauser '93, & Mauser '98 rifles, either S&W revolvers or the Browning M1903 automatic handguns. It is disputed as to the Turks ever employing machine guns.

.303 Enfield rifles, .455 Wembly revolvers, light field artillery (primarily 6 pounder), Vickers machine guns (.303 cal based on maxim water cooled design), & trench mortars would be sum total of what was organic to ground forces. Periodically Naval guns would be available. Depending on ships in area 12 in. to 14 in. would have been largest.
