You could have bought it in another country, or ordered it from a website that was foreign, which means that you would have to change the settings. You could probably do that by changing the settings from the main screen when you turn the DS on, or maybe on the settings for the game.
Get cooking items, then buy a mixer (theres 2 types) then mix things up by following a recipe or trying your luck. Then go to an oven and bake the mix. If your lucky you get somthing good!
